Employees are horrible. Act like you are invisible. But apparently the men who walked up after me are not invisible. They talked to them right away. Finally got a rude girl to come help me after I complained.

They didn't have salted pretzels or cheese dip. I settled on the pretzel bites and they were stale and cold. The guy at the counter was on his phone and just ignored me when I came up to order. I love Auntie Anne's but this location was bad.

The smell of fresh pretzel has definitely attracted us. The prices are quite high in my opinion and they are quite greasy, but delicious!
