Auntie Anne's

I stopped here for a quick snack while walking the mall and was so unimpressed. I’ve worked fast food jobs, I know it gets stressful, I know everyone has bad days but the woman running the register was so rude. I think her name was bel, my order got messed up and she rolled her eyes at me, ignored Me when I spoke to her. A very nice gentleman stepped in, pretty sure he was the manager. He is the only reason I’ll go back.

Burnt pretzel

The food was delicious. I was a bit distracted because I was meeting some friends, so I forgot to order a drink. The young man at the register was nice and polite. He gave me the option of waiting for the sugar pretzel that my daughter wanted but they weren't ready. I think that was a nice touch but he forgot offer me some drinks. I moved to the to wait for the sugared pretzel to make it easier for him to take care of next customer. I let the girl helping him that I'll be waiting right there. She was rude and acted like i was bothering her. He gave the sugar pretzel to the next customer even knowing I was there waiting for it. When I told her I'm still waiting for mine she rolled her eyes and gave me the next one. She shouldn't be working there. I'm sure the guy can do a better job without her there or with a different girl. I don't know if you can see in the photo clearly the girl cause she hided behinds the display when saw me taking the photo.

Awful. Paid 5.00 for a nasty cinnamon bun. Disgusting. You over do it with the sugar and the cinnamon. The bun was soggy and wet. Not warm enough either. My stomach is instantly hurting. My friend got the “center of the roll” and threw up. On top of that, the server was rude and rushing us. I will never come back to this place.

The employees were rude & gave bad service. As I was grabbing my items off the counter they were yelling over me to the customers behind me. Really? You can't give me one second to grab my things & move. I ordered a sour cream & onion pretzel. When I got it, it was basically a plain pretzel. When I asked if they could put a little more powder, they purposely drowned it. When she apologized she sounded sarcastic & didn't even look at me.

We always stop to get a pretzel and lemonade!

Dont expect much from here cashier was rude microwaved my stuff in front of me and it came out cold.ill never come to this aunt Annie's ever lol.But its edison mall so dont expect much.

We were at Edison Mall i had mini hotdog with a lemonade they put so much ice that after 3 to 4 sips My drink was gone so I went to get a refill and the lady wanted to charge me $1.05 thats ridiculous that’s half of a drink I think they shouldn’t charge you half of The price of a new one if you’re getting a refill it should be less than .70 cents like all other places we were still sitting there.............really 👎🏼

Got the cinnamon pretzel. There was about 1/3 full of the sugar and very small amount of the bites for a large size. Staff was very rude.
