Always warm even though it's a freestanding business not in a mall.

Not only are the pretzels addictive, the people who make them and serve them are always very pleasant and make sure the customer is always well-served.

This location is terrible. I purchased a pretzel that was so hard that I almost cracked my tooth. I contacted the corporate office and they never responded to me.
