Supposed to open at 11. Stood in the heat for 15 minutes after 11 being ignored by the staff inside who never opened or explained the delay. Bad customer service!!!

The pretzels are great AND they sell beer!! My husband and I are very satisfied with our visit! Even though it was a little busy, the wait was worth it! The manager Andy is awesome! Phenomenal service!! Definitely recommend!!!

You can't beat reasonably priced cold beer and a free pretzel after 4 are bought. Staff is also very friendly and attentive. We go to this location anytime we visit Old Town!
