Horrible customer service.. including the area manager as her name tag said Jo area manager.. she was extremely rude, unhelpful and talked down to me like I was a child for asking for fresh nuggets... I would recommend anyone to go to either location ato greenwood mall aND circle center is 10 times as bad with ghetto ass employees who don't even acknowledge you when u walk up.. you employees and management sucks..

Almond pretzels are delicious but sales cold pretzels that are not fresh. The wait is to long.

Pretzel tasted stale and was hard. Waited in line for a bit and was the only one in line until one of the girls turned around and seen me. Ordered a pretzel and a large drink. She handed me my pretzel and a small drink and I said I’m sorry I ordered a large and she said oh the pretzel comes with a small and I said yes but I ordered a large and she argued with me and then threw my receipt in the trash and I said just forget it. Definitely sticking with Wetzels from now on. Don’t waste your time.

I was at the greenwood mall and I went to both locations and they didn’t have the pretzel I wanted next time I’m going to wetzel pretzels they suck !

I bought a pretzel that was as hard as could be- it was obviously old & crunchy

This is the kiosk by Sears that I'm rating. Went to get pretzel bites and the girls in front of us just left without buying any saying they were not fresh. When we walk up the guy at the register spends a full minute talking to a co-worker before even acknowledging us. We order the bites and they have 1 cup that isn't full. He asks another coworker how fresh they are and she says they're not at all. He asks if we want them or fresh ones, which will take 10ish minutes, as I ask my husband he chucks the bites in the trash and then says they don't have the bites anymore...So we left. If he had actually been nice we would have gotten something else, but he was so rude we just walked away. Terrible customer service.
