Good pretzels, normal prices as any I’ve been to before. Staff was kind and helpful. To anyone complaining about prices: you’re at a tourist trap and buy $25 tee shirts but complain about a $4 pretzel??? 🤷‍♀️

Hello everybody. Speaking as an Auntie Anne’s employee at this specific establishment, I would like to say that I sincerely apologize for any rude behavior you may have experienced. Personally, I feel that we do a pretty good job. However, when we get busy or have a short supply of something, that is the reason why we may not be up to par with your standards. Please do not take this as us being rude. We simply have a lot to do and can get stressed at times.
