Auntie Anne's

I didn’t write a review a few weeks ago when the employees at the Auntie Anne’s at Spotsylvania Towne Center overcharged me for something on the menu and then argued with me for 15 minutes until they finally refunded me what I overpaid. Today, however I am writing a review because they crossed the line! I am writing a review because my child came to this location while at the mall with friends. He wasn’t hungry but needed a drink of water so he asked for a cup of water from the staff. They insisted that he would have to pay the same price as a fountain drink for a cup of tap water. They pushed and pushed him until he finally paid the little money he had with him. There wasn’t even ice in the cup. Not only is this illegal it is morally wrong! How dare you extort a child for a cup of sink water.

Cinnamon pretzel was great!

I went to the mall a few days ago and went to the auntie Anne's by the food court all I wanted was a large coke no ice the girl behind the counter I believe her name was brittany according to the name tag she gave me attitude when I handed her the cup back and said mam no ice please she rolled her eyes and fixed the issue. As I was walking away she walked in the back and there was a side door open I walked past as I was walking out and I heard her say stupid towel heads always complaing get out of my country if you dont like it here. I can not believe someone is that cold hearted let alone that racists to say something like this. I wasn't going to post anything but I will never return again.

I didn't know pretzels could be anything other than hard and salty until I came here. Really great pretzels!

HARD PRETZELS AND STAFF THAT HATE THEIR JOB(they smile & say these are fresh lies)SAD I TELL YOU.. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE EITHER!! Will never ever EAT FROM THERE AGAIN..

This location at #210 in the mall is disgusting. They let pretzels that haven't been bought sit out for hours until they're practically hard and flavorless. Staff is generally bitter and unhappy. Fast food is rough but be happy you have a job at least!
