Beware: this location doesn't have a working app scanner. So, you won't be able to generate points for your purchase or redeem rewards. This goes for both locations inside the mall. Upstairs location is probably better because it always seems to have more customers and this fresher pretzels.

Trips to the mall are never fun for someone who prefers shopping near fresh air and sunshine (go downtown Bethesda!!) but this treat always brings delight.

Best if you like hot dogs wrapped in a soft pretzel. Should add soup and fruit to the menu.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.i went there at 1130 in the morning,(store opened at 10) and got pretzel bites and a coke. The bites were either burned or were made the day before and were stale. Most of them were hard ads rock and dry. I was hoping as I got farther down in the cup they would be better but they weren’t. I ended up throwing most of them away. And the bottle of coke I bought was barely cold. I normally love Auntie Anne’s but these were HORRIBLE!!

Shout out to the clerk running this kiosk that was kind enough to let me grab a pretzel a few minutes after closing on my way out of the mall! He was so nice and understood my pretzel cravings. The pretzels here are great, as well as the service.

Visited at about 7:15 on a Friday 12/20. Was upset to see they were out of the pretzel nuggets. Not a deal breaker though. What was however was the worker at the counter. Besides her unapologetic attitude, the thing that bothered me was she spent no time on the customers, instead directing her attention to her friends sitting nearby. No eye contact was made, my card was swiped without me knowing the total, and a receipt was given per request. Won't be visiting if her (or her friends) are there.
