Good place

Earlier I bought a pretzel from here & I tried to eat it on the train but it was just atrocious. It tasted sour and bitter, with a metallic aftertaste. Let me not forget to mention I felt the texture of old, cool oil and butter on my tongue. I probably will not return to any of their locations.

Pretzels fresh

Went in today and I was on my phone then I got off my phone. One of the workers saw me but then walked away didn’t even great me, then the other worker went to the other register and I thought he was going to take my order but he was just on it, and then he walked away without even greeting me or taking my order. So I walked out.

I work in Water tower place for years now and l love this place.However me and my employees are always catching an attitude with KAHWANDA & her Hispanic manager! They always provide extremely bad customer service that l forbid my employees to go there now! They are not honoring coupons & rewards we have( that we are always able to use on other locations and there as well),they are yelling at us and toss a food at our face at the check out.They did this multiple times and l will never ever go back there and not letting anyone else go there either.They should be trained to provide at least basic customer service.Attitude needs to go! They need to replace them ASAP!

Love the pretzels, so good!

On top of having to wait ten minutes for a leamonade that only needed to be put in a cup, i clearly asked for a plane no salt pretzel with a cup of cheese and received a salted pretzel with no cheese so yea...........

The pretzels are pretty good, my personal favorite is the cinnamon one. I love how they make it on the spot and that the pretzels are always warm when they serve it to you. However, I do think that they are a little overpriced, for what you're getting. Unless you have a specific craving for pretzels, I would look for other snack alternatives, which are plentiful within Water Tower place. Also, the location of Auntie Anne's is a little obscure (you have to go way up to the 7th floor I think) so finding it may prove a little challenging.

Workers for the most part are unfriendly and line is very confusing

I love the cinnamon sticks. They are the best pretzels also.

Awesome Pretzels

The service was rude and the cashier made it appear as if he didn't want to assist my family. Also, the sitting area was very filfty and disgusting! Old sauce was stuck on the table and trash wasn't empty. I won't be back.

Frozen yogurt was out of this world

Nice spot to stop for a snack break. The pretzels were pretty good and they came out very fast. The service was okay, what you would usually expect for a fast food place. The cashier did give us a bogo coupon though, so that was a bonus.
