They didn't deny service, the guy still got to eat. Another waiter took care of them. However I can agree the waitress shouldn't have been able to pick and choose customers, and aubreys should have dealt with the situation.

I doubt that would happen in Cleveland TN but I will wear mine next time I go and report back.

If you're online did u look at the actual company website? Think about this too anf what town you're in, one of the worst towns in America does Cleveland tn actually do anything the rest of the world's population does, sadly No... But on something so simple why did u not just call the restaurant, wouldn't that have made more sense? Because u can order for pick up in small or large quantities depending what kind of actual catering you're looking for. This sounds more like a call in and pick up order then for actually catering. Most all restaurants can make a "party"/ catering order in advance for pick up. However to actually cater would be up to the individual restaurant. I would recommend elsewhere but that's because I've eaten at several Aubreys and this location is the worst. 2ce we went and got sick. So once shame on them 2x shame on me for giving them a second chance. If u look on here they also list chow.com
