Nice cozy spot in Sunnyside.

Nice place for a quick breakfast. Enjoyed lunch here (see photo) - Tuscan Chicken. Staff was nice and it looks like they host events at night. I will need to come back soon for one of these.

Came for a quick lunch and I was really happy with the spilt pea soup! They seemed to be closing way earlier than what their hours on Google says. Didn't enjoy having to rush out.

Aubergine Cafe manages to check a lot of boxes for its cozy size. Breakfast, lunch, families, singles with laptops, veggie options, waffles, panini, chili... It wears a lot of hats while keeping up the charm factor. It was a good place to take our toddler for fruit and yogurt. They nailed the ginger bread latte and the bagel hit the spot. In another area up front the laptop / coffee crowd also finds a home near big, sunny windows. I'd call it an anchor in the heart of Sunnyside. The server seemed a bit overwhelmed by the breakfast rush crowd and was less attentive. But that didn't diminish the overall experience.

Very nice cafe in Queens. Waffles and bagle were really good. Coffee was good and service fast and nice.

Baked goods, coffee wine and beer. Great place to have a toasted muffin.

Was on holiday and found this spot. I'm so glad we did. Fabulous vegan yumminess!

Super friendly staff! Cozy cafe. Coffee was really good. I ordered the avocado toast and thought it was perfection. The bread was super soft. I also got the pumpkin creme brulee. It was a little too sweet but good to share

Very cozy place, good breakfast and lunch menu.

I work from this cafe almost every Friday. The coffee is amazing, the servers are friendly and attentive. The paninis and salads are lunchtime staples but save room for dessert because their pastry selection is A+. Gary, the owner, is a delight. He has lived in the neighborhood for years and is very active in the community. They also host live music every Wednesday night - it's more jam circle than open mic but very welcoming, friendly and fun. This spot is one of the many reasons I love this neighborhood.
