We went in a group and really felt like it was a joke when we received our dishes. The chicken nuggets are clearly croquettes found in all grocery iga, loblaws etc ... probably fries McCain. My friends took the pizza and between theirs and delissio bought in groceries and put in the oven there was no difference. This is clearly all frozen food, warmed up.

Horrible service. I found a wooden toothpick in my breakfast sandwich laying horizontally under my vegetable toppings. After complaining, the server took away my plate to replace my sandwich but also took my buttered bagel which I was actually enjoying. When I brought this to her attention she never applogized and went back to the kitchen and brought back the same bagel I was eating!! It felt so wrong and unsanitary!!!!

This is a fast food place, but the service was not fast. There were not enough waiters, or they were poorly trained, so they had no time to be polite and answer customers questions. I had a couscous salad, plenty of salt and lemon, but little else. I can make a better couscous salad. I would recommend trying the next restaurant down the street.

This restaurant is ideally located,. The food is very good, especially the Lebanese food, for example: kebbe, hummus, taboulie, and stuffed grape leaves. I had a wonderful meal which was reasonably priced. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Not good at all , was charged for a different order and the food terrible . Someone at my table had the poutine and it was cold .

Ah, well, there is something to hide, our opinions disappear?If this opinion disappears again, it will be necessary to proceed differently.Yesterday I was very disappointed with the food versus the cost. Also, do not accept the boss's suggestion to enter the total amount of the meal + tip in the machine because this morning, I noticed that the tip does not appear on my bill. The person with me had doubts so she decided to hand the tip in hand to the server.

Wonderful place for breakfast. I was a bit surprised at the other poor reviews posted after my wife and I had a delicious breakfast meal here on Canadian Thanksgiving day 2018.The man and woman couldn't have been nicer, although I'm not sure how much our English was understood.But the breakfast was hot and delicious, cooked in front of us, and included potatoes, fruit, bacon and all the coffee we wanted.We felt like we were guests in their home.Perhaps they are not staffed to deal with high volume?

Food was expensive and mediocre at best but that was not the worst of it. The service... Waiter acted annoyed at us from the get go, took forever to clean the table of the previous folks then made us wait even longer before bringing menues... and then take our orders...I hope no tourist gets this as a first Montreal food experience...

Service was terrible. The two waiters did not care about any of their tables as we watched others walk out in rage. Took 40 mins for 1 beavertail which was ordered and then the order never sent in. All prices on the menu are for viewing only as I was charged 12$ more for my food and drinks then what is quoted on the menu. Manager did not care one bit and the waiters lied infront of me and the manager saying they gave me the correct information. No wonder 4 people walked out within 10 minutes out of this place. The reviews speak for themselves. Stay far away from this place. No utensils or napkins, as I had to get them myself.

Poor service - servers seem to not have been trained in basics. Food was so-so. Washroom dirty.

Food is mediocre at best here. Service was barely acceptable. We asked for water, was told to fill some yourself from over there. Asked for a take away container, was told to go inside and ask and he did not know if they had some or not,the person who cleared our table interrupted our photo taking and spilled food on the table. Batter was undercooked, fries were dry and tasteless, tabouleh salad was not a tabouleh salad, vine wrapped leafs tasted like they came out if a can, Ican go on. I expected a lot more. Please do not eat here.

Terrible restaurant.We ordered a Caesar salad: the croutons were actually a toast cut into pieces, the vinaigrette tasted Kraft vinaigrette, there was no bacon and the lettuce was old. We ordered fries: a small plate of baked fries, super soft and tasteless served on a "napkin" and then finally our fajitas tasted absolutely nothing! Even the chicken looked fake! If I could leave a rating of 0/5, I would have done it. The service is also mediocre. Worst experience!

Please just keep walking. Worst service in Montreal. My nachos came 20 minutes after the rest of our table was served their meals, which were completed. They were totally oblivious concerning standard service etiquette. The nachos arrived and I ate my meal as everyone else was finished, though I almost sent it back because it all seemed like a joke at that point: nachos were topped with half melted singles cheese that you get in a Mc d's burger. Fries were cold. I feel like I could go on and on. Bill was still high, but you get what you pay for. Spend the extra 10-20$ ANYWHERE else down the road and you'll have a better experience guaranteed.

Avoid like the bubonic plague, this place is a joke.
