Top quality coffee and fast, friendly service. Food consistency is a little shaky when busy.

Great pies but customer service leaves much to be desired. I arrived at the counter this morning with no one waiting. A young woman with brown hair looked up at me and walked away. I was blatantly ignored for two more minutes until someone else came to help me. I won’t return.

Coffee and baked goods are great. The service is abysmal. Staff are rude. Ive tried to inspire better service by leaving hearty tips but to no effect. I've tried ordering from the till versus ordering from the bar and again, no difference. Not sure why there's such an air of animosity and entitlement; maybe there's a reason but I haven't given one. I come hear after a hard week or weekday to do a bit of work and give myself a treat - kindness would be most welcome.

I've been coming here since they opened!! I really love and want to support them but this location seems to keep disappointing in my many past visits. I've been getting the chicken salad on top of a salad for years and recently the scoop has visibly significantly reduced! The vibe and location here is amazing and I think they still serve amazing fresh food but the quantity for the price of things seems to be getting ridiculous.There also seems to be a lot of issue with the seating outdoors, staff at the register tell you to sit down and wait for a server and then a server doesn't come, after waiting 20 mins, so you order inside and get a number and then a server comes out confused about why you ordered inside. Just a little more consistency with this would definitely make the service smoother!

Claire, always enjoy Atwater's welcoming environment. Friendly and helpful staff are always on hand. Menu is chalk full of items that taste homemade. Look forward to celebrating Ms. Karen's FRI., 13th Bday w/your delicious deserts.

Very fresh pot pie and the service was awesome

This place has something for everyone but me who has a severe egg allergy the lobster roll Place head everything and they accommodated my egg allergy. I had the sausage and shrimp gumbo wonderful great👍👍 the only reason I didn't give it five stars is because a little loud and hard to find a place to sit but that's just a sign of a good restaurant what Market

I rated Atwater's Belvedere Square Market five stars because everything about it was above and beyond. Our server, Dee, was incredible! She was so helpful and we could tell she loves working for Atwater's! When I asked about the avocado toast, she said if I'm really hungry I would want to get an egg or two on it. I did that and it was the most amazing avocado toast I've ever had. Dee was not only a great server, she made our experience fun and memorable! Thank you Dee and thank you Atwater's!!

Was happy to fine they have a vegan friendly selection on the menu.

Ordered the chicken salad sandwich, to go. Only took a few minutes for it to be prepared. Flavor was good, but the chicken was mushy, the texture was just off. Also ordered a iced mocha and peanut butter cheesecake. These items had to be ordered separately from a different counter, a bit of a pain and inconvenient. Iced mocha was really good, but only comes in one size. Peanut butter cheesecake looked really good, but sadly, had no peanut butter taste at all. Service was pleasant from both counters, but in both cases, server had to step away from the guests waiting at the register to perform other tasks, a sign they may be under staffed. Overall an ok experience. Prices are a tad high for the portion sizes. If I'm in the area, will probably give them another try.

Go to Atwater's all the time and typically love it. Unfortunately, this location has had some issues for me compared to the rest in town. I work up the street and order carry out all the time. I have probably ordered with them online at least 20 times and EVERY single time they never toast the bread on my sandwich. I always get the same sandwich with no other additions. They never fail to mess it up. Unfortunately the quality of the ingredients has also been a problem when compared to their other locations. I have always had great service when I show up and the staff are super friendly. There coffee is also delicious. Unfortunately, that can't save them from 20 untoasted chicken salad sandwiches. I'll only be doing their coffee and baked goods from now on.

The Chicken Salad Sandwich was the first item on the menu so that's what I went with. When it said "half sandwich" for $6, they mean the smaller half 🤯tasty though

embarrassingly rude service today by woman working the bakery cash register at noontime while I was simply trying to buy a gift of some desserts for a friend’s birthday. I was astounded being in the restaurant service industry myself. Pretty much ruined my morning. Not in a hurry to ever return here.

This is what the sweet potato hummus sandwich really looks like on gluten free bread. The quality of service at this location has diminished over the years, while the prices have increased. This sandwich was a waste of $12.19. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of waiting until I arrived at work to look at the sandwich. After speaking to two managers, my husband has to come to my job to pick up the sandwich and take it back to Atwater’s, so that they can see that it is soaked and wet one side, and hard as a rock on the other side because they used the ends of the gluten free bread on the other side.Update they remade the sandwich and forgot to add the hummus.I am trying to send and email to the email address that you provided in your response and it is invalid.
