ordered food and waited for one hour and the order was canceled because deliveroo cannot find a rider. The money will be refunded but they probably are not aware that we couldn't eat the money as dinner. They need a better system for this or they should just leave the delivery business. I would have given -5 stars if i could.

Way better than Uber Eats or Thuisbezorgd. Deliveroo is the only delivery service where you will actually hear back from a customer service agent and resolve issues- with the other two, there's no customer service at all. I refuse to anything except Deliveroo.

Worthless service. Your delivery can be canceled after an hour of waiting. You can imagine how we feel about this company, first and last time to have used deliveroo.

Worst delivery service I've ever tried. Every single time I've ordered from Ribs Factory I got a literally uneatable order (it was carbonized in many points and what was not burnt was extremely dry). From KFC a 30 minute order became over 1h, and I had no possibility to cancel the order as "they've already started preparing your order". I'll never use this service anymore

Love to order when I leave the gym. A delicious and healthy meal gets delivered to my home. So convenient!

Order your foods through deliveroo to get it faster

Waiting 1 hour, contact support - "sorry for the delay, we still have riders so your meal will be delivered however we cant confirm the exact time" I decided to wait patiently, then 30 minutes later the order is cancelled, and they don't refund the money for 3 days. So I waited 1.5hrs, paid for the food, didnt get it, and dont receive back my money for 3 days. Terrible service.

This is outrageous. Deliveroo driver didnt ring the bell and he just left the food on the street. And someone took it! Can you believe this?40 minutes before this we had other delivery from your company and it was delivered without a problem. Who would leave food on the street without ringing a bell? Additionally, our name and address is on the bill which is attached to the bag so you left our private information on the street?! This is not acceptable according to any standards. Incredibly poor action by Deliveroo. If the driver left it in front of our door, but not the building door, we would understand it. If the driver ring the bell and we were not at home or not answering the door, again we would understand it, but this is incredibly wrong.

Terrrrrrrrrrrrible delivery service... and nobody to contact when they fail to find a rider. And not an option to cancel without getting charged. This service will leave you hungry and poor. Such huge regrets that I even attempted to give them a second try. Would be best if they give it up in NL.

Ordered food, the rider was close to my home. Suddenly the app said that the food was delivered, with apologies for the delay (at that time there was not even a delay, yet!). Waited for the door bell to ring, nothing. Called Deliveroo, they told me that the rider had turned around, with no explanation, food not delivered, food could not be ordered again since the restaurant was not taking new order (20.45), and the money was going to be send back... What a lousy service. Last time Deliveroo for me...

I still didn't get my order. I ordered 2h and 30 minutes ago.I can't cancel the order and I have to wait that they fail to deliver until the restaurant closes. The feedback shown in the deliveroo website is a plain lie (the restaurant is preparing the order) but then I cant cancel because the restaurant already prepared the order?Just a horrible service and plain lying.
