That's just unacceptable. I actually arrived before check in time and was able to check in immediately with great service. But I would be very upset if I was you.

They have a very good buffet, but you pay for it.

Because when people ask for them they dnt know how to spell

I believe it is a non smoking hotel.

I said the same thing when I was there last weekend. The only reason I booked this hotel was because they were supposed to have an indoor pool.

Pay way too much for valet and wouldn't let us carry own stuff in. Are they wanting a tip? No need to carry my stuff in.

Never paid for parking there. Parking lot is big enough to you dont have to.

I do not believe so although I never fully looked around the parking lots, I never saw any chargers. There may be one though.
