First time here....very nice!!!!

Looking for fine Portuguese cuisine? Atlantic is one of the best places around Danbury. I have been here many time the last few years and I have had mostly pleasant times. Only once did I have a problem, took a very very very long time to receive our food. We were a party of 8, but it took close to an hour for the main dishes to finally arrive. This of course has only happened once out of 10+ visits so it is a very rare occurrence. The prices are very common and competitive to other restaurants especially Portuguese. The food has always been great, from the steaks to the seafood to the salad. The appetizers and soup are always amazing. You really can’t go wrong with anything you order. The service is always good, friendly and helpful. Very kid friendly as well. A down fall is that the main dining room is small, so if you show up at dinner especially on the weekends; good luck. Overall: I always recommend and continue to go back whenever I can. 👍🏻👍🏻

Been hundreds of times. Great staff, food, and atmosphere. People who write reviews about food not coming out correctly have clearly never had a proper Portuguese meal.

portuguese food and service here is excellent. Cool place to meet and catch up with coworkers. Had a sister come into town and asked me to take her here again. The bill was good for how much you get. Feels like a cafe in Phoenix that I enjoyed visiting.

Good food but poor waitstaff. Sat at bar. Took lady 10 min to come out of the back and asked "what i want"?! It was 12:15. What do you think!

Authentic Portuguese cuisine in a cozy restaurant. Interesting little knick knacks and decorations around the dining room. Visible from the road, although the parking lot can be a bit cramped if the place is packed.
