A Tribe Called Quest threw the speakers. Big chicken sandwich. Hattie B’s is the truth. They know what spice is. And they have BEER! Long line so prepare yourself.

This place, although not meeting the hype, was pretty great. Not unreasonably pricing, great food, and a fun cup to take home made the experience memorable and a good one. They have pretty decent tasting homemade lemonade and tea that combine to make a pretty good Arnold palmer. I would say, however, the sides were decent and could be improved.

The food is fast but the quality is exceptional. The fry of the chicken? I can see why they have their reputation. The sides of coleslaw, red bean salad and their Mac and cheese? Would highly recommend. Their homemade lemonade is like your grandma made it for you! Make sure you come here early, like when it opens because this place gets packed and line up's are out the lot.
