Ataj Indian Restaurant

I love Indian food, this place was wonderful. Their menu has dishes from all regions of India, representing its huge culinary diversity. The food was some of the best I've had. The decor was pleasing. The service was outstanding. They have a nice wine selection as well.

One of the best Indian restaurants I have been to. The food was fabulous, the butter chicken and chicken korma were to die for. So happy to have discovered this gem of a restaurant and looking forward to eating at Ataj again on my next trip to Orlando.

We tried this place in search of authentic Indian food. The appetizer of Chicken Samosas appeared to be frozen purchased item that were quickly heated.The main entree of Chicken Tikka Masala was cooked well however I did not like the big onion chunks as this is not authentic to this recipe.The naans were fine and made well.Service really lacked and we has to constantly get servers attention for missing items we had requested. There was a manager walking around that never stopped to check on us until it was time to give us the check.Seating is great and clean inside.Due to the lack of food quality and service, I would not return here.

This is a hidden gem! My husband and I love Indian food but can rarely find good places in this area. Today we realized Ataj was here and saw that they had a buffet. It's rare that I enjoy everything I put on my plate... let me tell you EVERYTHING got eaten and enjoyed. It's not too spicy for me and my husband who LOVES spicy food still enjoyed it. We recommend it completely. The server was friendly and attentive. We also greatly enjoyed the music (videos) they play in the dining room as well. Side note: we walked in and we were the only westerners present, that tells you the food is definitely authentic. We will be back soon!

Great food and atmosphere, everything is very authentic and enjoyable. The food was delicious! The service was great and loved the decor! I got the lamb korma and garlic naan. It was very good!

The food here is very good and the service is very good. They don't have a kids menu which I did see you on another Indian menu I had during this trip to Florida. But that I can't hold against them because back in Massachusetts where I come from no Indian restaurants have kids menus that I am aware of. If you like Indian food and you're in the area of Kissimmee I would highly recommend this place.

I and my cousin had a great dinner here. We loved the hot chicken curry with garlic naan. Mango lassi was amazing. We'll love to dine whenever we are in Orlando next time.

The restaurant is nice and clean. It has a nice outdoor area but it was too hot for outdoor eating. My fiance enjoyed the food very much. I was there for him and so that I could try something new. I liked the hot Naan bread. The staff is very friendly. If you like Indian food you should definitely try this place.

Delicious and very authentic Indian wine, beer, and food. Our server was lovely and accommodating. Beautiful atmosphere, would definitely recommend!

We dined in and had take out on separate occasions. The food was generally very good while dining in. However our take out was poor. We ordered chicken pacoras while we dined in and it looked and tasted great, we also got a nice portion size. Our take out as you can see from our picture in the box, we only got 5 and it looked and tasted different to the ones we had when dined in. (Both pictures are posted) you can see the difference. Need to standardize your portion sizes!

I am not Indian but I eat a lot of Indian food. I have to say the service and food here were both excellent! We had the lamb tikka and the chicken korma. Both dishes had a bit of a kick and that added to the flavor! I would definitely return and recommend it!

I haven't tried a lot of Indian food so hard to rate myself. I thought it was very good. My friend says it's best she has had in Orlando. So combining her knowledge with my first experience, I think the place is really good. The lamb was tender and good flavor. Service was good too.

Cute Indian spot by i4 & Disney. They have a small lunch buffet everyday for $10 a head. Semi-spicy chicken, rice, salad, chick pea dishes, etc. They also give you garlic naan bread. It's all delicious, just wish there was more variety. Great Groupons at this location too. Outside seating. Booths inside. Also serve wine.
