This place has really good food. The drinks were pretty good too.

Good food, great service, pricey. Spent $100 for a dinner for two, all included (2 appetizers, 1 entree, all shared, tax, tip, 1 beer, 1 glass of wine, no dessert)

What a great upgrade on Laurel St. service was so great, ox tail soup was amazing and even the kids chicken fingers were great. Very happy with this place and look forward to returning.

The salmon was incredible.

Very good, especially the rotisserie quesadillas or the the rabbit.

A bit disappointing. The food was bland and our server was disengaged. I do like the fact that the leadership are highly engaged in the operation. I think because the place is relatively new there is a curiosity from the locals but you have to give a great experience to keep them coming back and I was not overly impressed.

Delicious truffle gnocchi brought me back for this second visit. The skirt steak over risotto will be bringing me back for a third!! So yummy!

First time at STAMP. Great dinner! Terrific, friendly service. Owner comes to each table to check on your experience (so rare these days). Menu is more California/Mediterranean and priced right. We left Happy STAMPers and definitely will be back with friends.Best new restaurant in San Carlos.

Popped by this cute place after some errands on a Wednesday lunch time. The space is very nice and I was greeted right away. I ordered what Yelpers pp kvolorado riblets where tasty but way too fatty and grisly. The heirloom tomato salad was good but they used canned black olives which would be fine at Olive Garden but not at a nice place in San Carlos:(. I talked to the GM of the place about the ribs and he said due to it being sourced in Colorado mountains the cut is fattier than most, which is understandable but when half of the ribs is fat and or gristle it is less appetizing. I'll come back in a year or so and maybe they'll have it more together by then!

I don't give 5 stars very often but will because of the great service. The owner, Steve I believe, was very engaged and visited our table frequently. All of our dishes were delicious and fresh. We will be coming back with our family and would definitely recommend.

I don't know where to start... everything was beyond excellent. From the food, to the decor, the hospitality, fantastic! I had the appetizer “Lamb Riblets “ to start.... and let me tell you... It was super delicious. Also, the Oxtail Stew a must order!!! Servers here are super friendly, and took the time to go over their wine selection being we are first timers here in San Carlos . The owner himself came over to welcome and greet us. All around great service & excellent fresh food. MUST visit if you are in San Carlos. Thanks.

I love food, especially the short rib tacos. This is definitely one of my favorite restaurants.
