Because it is a red cow, it feels unsatisfactory compared to marbled Japanese black beef. I think that it is good for eating it as a specialty.

Serve local Aso black wagyu. Delicious and well made, a bit on the pricey side.Also has a mean miso vegetable stew. Worth a detour if you’re passing by Aso.One waitress speaks good English and was very helpful.

It was a chance to visit, and I really enjoyed it. The restaurant interior was very pretty even though it wasn't a city, and the cleanliness was good. I ate the kyukatsu and curry, but I had a good meal .. next time I visit here, I will eat again ..!
