The best authentic Chinese food that I've found in Milwaukee. I don't eat meat, but I've had three of the dishes from the vegetable section of the menu and all have been great. I love the salt and pepper tofu, but I had a hard time laying off of the (chinese) broccoli and garlic, so barely had room for it. Service can be a little awkward, but the food more than makes up for it.ETA- I've removed one star. I tried a couple of different dishes today. The sesame noodles were a disappointment. The sauce was bland and definitely more peanut than sesame. The eggplant was pretty good, but left me missing my usual dishes. Finally, I got a bubble tea, which was watered down because they bubbles were hot and melted the ice :(

Great service and delicious food. The taro bubble tea is the best.

Real Chinese food! I use to go to Chicago for real Chinese food but not anymore. Fast service and grade A quality.

Very good food that has good portion sizes. Food tasted much more fresh than your average Chinese restaurant. Service was good, and the dining room has good atmosphere. Great place to go for better casual food.

The name Asian Fusion is quite confusing when representing a very authentic Chinese restaurant. Food has been consistently great every time. This is the place to go if you want real authentic Chinese food not the made-up Chinese food. Ingredients are always fresh and the bowl of rice that came with is great quality rice.Highly recommend!

I had an employee from our Shanghai office visit our office in Greater Milwaukee and I wanted to give her a variety of food options. I also wanted one option that was more familiar to her. I wanted a Chinese place that was not too "Americanized". This place was recommended by a couple who live here now but are from China. This is their 'go to' Chinese place. My whole team enjoyed it, including our guest from China. Her comment was it was "authentic Chinese" and it was "pretty good". I really enjoyed the sesame chicken. It was a good combination of sweet and sour in the sauce. I'm looking forward to enjoying my leftovers.

Wife and I try to go here at least once a month, and never disappointed. We enjoy the twist they put on some of the dishes, and are very helpful in understanding the menu items. If you like a change of pace, you should consider trying it out.

I ordered the chicken fried rice. It was awful the rice was mushy and had no color to it. Super disappointing.

Studied abroad in China for a year and was looking for a place that had amazing food just like I remembered and found that place here. Food is crazy good and my only distaste is the prices. Would eat here far more frequently if I could afford to do so.

What started as a place I wrote off due to a questionable name is rapidly becoming my favorite east Asian restaurant in Milwaukee. Tons of great Sichuan and traditional (?) Chinese offerings. When I say traditional, I suppose I should clarify my meaning as not American Chinese (although the ever-ubiquitous General Tso's is still on the menu).Dine in this place for the full experience. Great hot pot-style soups studded with tingly-spicy sichuan chilies and peppercorns. Tender cooked pork, crispy ribs, excellent fried rice and properly scorched stir fried chinese greens. When I'm in the mood for a brain melting meal I beg the server to tell the cook to not hold back on the ma la and chilies. Sweaty, delirious euphoria ensues.Short of a drive to Chicago, this is the place to go (that I have so far discovered) for a little taste of China in Milwaukee.
