Asian Express

I ordered a vegetarian Manchurian rice but it had chicken pieces into it. when I called the restaurant raising the issue they just told that it’s pure vegetarian rice, I told them I can see chicken pieces in it but still they were saying it’s vegetarian rice and if you want to return bring back the parcel to the restaurant and we will check. I told them it’s not possible for me to come and return it as it’s too late. Still they were saying you have to come and return and hung up. Very disappointed.

The lady at the register was very rude to me ,just because i asked her to clarify me about a dish i didn't know much about. I cannot go back there nor refer anyone i know there. I have never seen anyone with such a bad customer service before. I ever regret stepping my feet there and meeting such a heartless lady.

The best for family gatherings..

I am always picky with Asian food but there are many of them but only few that deliver authentic tasting Asian food and this place I tried is one of them! I had a combo 2 platter and it was outstanding, perfectly seasoned, freshly made and right amount of food for the price. I usually eat half and take it home but this meal I destroyed it. I will come back for sure and highly recommend.The lady at the counter was super nice and recommended me a dish after mentioning my interests.

Food is good but Rude Lady at the counter

The food is good but the staff in particular the front desk woman is rude, impatient and don't tske time to listen to the customer. I am not used of using the debit/credit machine and she litteraly get mad about it. She must be more smooth and kind.

Quick friendly service. Love it. Oh yeah and the food is great. Only downside is they don't have bbq pork slices. I love bbq pork slices 😉

Some of the best Chinese food around here. Their hot and sour soup is the best.

Food is nice and quantity is good. Order by phone on weekend to pick up as weekends are busy for them.

Very bad service, they should learn some English since it is completely impossible to understand what they are saying. Poor food quality.

Great food and flavors.

Love their food have been going here for a few years now. The lady at the front is so friendly. The only issue is now they are closed on mondays. They changed the menu a little too about two years ago. Great location.

Food is sub par. Go to Gourmet Express at Kipling and Dixon instead. Gave it a try and am not happy with my meal at all.
