Asbury Oyster Bar

The hubby and stopped in on a Sunday afternoon because we had a craving for some seafood. We each ordered a drink, a pound of shrimp and some NJ oysters. The shrimp were huge, very flavorful and wonderfully cooked. The oysters were delicious and nicely shucked. :) The bartender was very attentive and friendly. The only thing that would have improved our visit was a view of the ocean!!

Everything was super good. Managers were extremely pleasant. Such a wonderful atmosphere. Would definitely return when in the area. Thank you, Chris!

We had a really nice meal of oysters and cocktails. they had an impressive variety, and all the seafood was super fresh. also, we got to chat with the bar manager, and they're bringing some really interesting house crafted cocktails. Can't wait to go back

The calamari with Thai chili sauce was out of this world. Delicious and a great size skirt steak salad! And the grilled octopus was cooked to perfection, not chewy at all.

This is the first time I had an oyster and it was amazing. The staff was fabulous, the food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was spot on. Such a great time. It's a must do for all you oyster lovers and oyster virgins like myself!!! I am hooked now.

Came for what is usually a good experience. We came in a bit late and the waiter spent his time rushing us and forgetting our order.

Lots of attitude, service not great and food expensive for the quality. I dont know if that was all Asbury Park or just this place.
