Google maps says that this place is permanently closed. Can anyone verify this?

It is 103 years old in Asakusa, the oldest oden store in Tokyo. It is currently operating at a temporary store near Asakusa Station, but it is said that it will resume in the original place in October 2019.Shiwa Daiei's smile is gentle and warm, it is a very comfortable shop, it is a shop that everyone can enjoy deliciously from regular long-sized couple, old families and foreign tourists.

It is a long-established oden shop located about 15 minutes on foot from Asakusa Station. It is a very atmospheric building. Good atmosphere from the entrance. An atmosphere that makes you feel the Edo period of wooden construction that is likely to be in Kyoto. It has a very good atmosphere inside. The audience is relatively younger. Oden, but there are so many kinds of ingredients that you can not taste too much. However, it is a little expensive. There are many shochus and sakes that go well with oden, but this is also a bit expensive.

Questions & Answers

Hi everyone ???, thank you all for the response. We (2 of us) went between 5 and 6 pm on a weekday, hoping that the place won't be busy at that time. The staff was very welcoming, I guess reservation isn't necessary if it isn't busy but this place gets busy by 7 pm. Just to be sure, call beforehand if you're going at a busy time. I enjoyed my first Oden experience here and hoping to come back soon.
