While staying at an hotel across the street, me and my friend had a pleasure to try Lebanese dish for the first time in my life here! Hard to describe how it tastes like after more than six month fr the visit but I remember having trouble ordering just like when I went to subway for the first time. Expect to be asked about ingredients/condiments you have never seen if you are not familiar with the culture. Also, portion was huge! Me and my friend shared one plate and still couldn't finish it. Great experience and I wish I had one in front of my home in korea so I can have this after workout for muscle gain.

My wife and I were tired of the cold and wanted to relax in the hotel and watch the Oscars. We settled on take-out from Shawarma Palace due to its high ratings. And we went with take-out.The pricing may seema bit high, but you get your monies worth. Tons of food, lots of sauces, and all very good. Do it!

Worst customer service, operator didn't want to take an order over the phone and ask to come and wait for the food because is no one there, so she was not busy to give that kind of attitude and then asked so rude, so tell me what u want?!!! I understand is not easy all this covid situation but I dont want to be waiting there when I know a lot of drivers come to pick up all the time.!!!😡😡😡😡

Best shawarma place I've ever been to. The boyfriend and I were starving and got a dinner plate to share and we couldn't finish. The portions are HUGE. The flavours are well balanced. Place can get busy during dinner time but the line moves quickly. Highly recommend!!!

This is the best Shawarma Palace ever. I have tried almost 4-5 other Shawarma Places in Ottawa but hardly found anything close to this one. Every bite of the Shawarma is so flavourful. And they give you ample amount of food-1 platter is usually enough for 2 people. Highly highly recommended.

This is hands down my favourite shawarma in Ottawa. Parking downtown can be a little bit hectic and this place gets busy, but it's worth it! The staff are very cheerful and the food is delicious.

Just ordered two chicken sandwiches that were cold. They were also missing topping and I called the store directly before submitting a bad review on ubereats, google,etc and the lady who answer the phone seemed in distress and told me to complain. So... Here I am and I must say very disappointing for a person who orders at least once or twice a month from this local shawarma shop. I will mostly likely go back because they are not usually this bad, but If you mess up this bad you deserve a bad review.When warm, this is one of the best shawarma's in the city. I couldn't describe how disappointed I am right now though.

Best place in Ottawa to get Shawarma. Very generous plate, always fresh, can be busy and there is not a large of seating area at this place. A must visit if you like chicken or beef shawarma

Ok this place is totally worth all the hype it was led to be. Loved every bit of this meal while I had the chance to visit the capital, and still wish I had more days to try it again. Simply, a MUST VISIT restaurant if you're in the Ottawa area.My wife and I both had the mixed shawarma plates, and as you can see, they are completely filled to the brim with all sorts of goodness! Beef and chicken shawarma slices over rice, woth veggies and pickles on top. Delicious garlic sauce makes it all complete.Not only do they provide value (at $15.99 a plate) but the stuff tastes sooo good. It is true what people say, this place rivals ANY of the popular shawarma places in T.O. - and that's a fact!Go!!Ps: the one and only downside of this place is that due to its popularity, you may have to wait a while. We waited in a line for about 15mins, which apparently isn't that long for this place. If anything, it goes to show how good it is.

This place can mistakenly pass as closed from the outside, but give the door a try and you find yourself walking into a large sit down dining space and a busy line of cooks assembling enormous shawarma plates or rolling sandwiches. My only criticism of that the chicken can feel a bit dry, but the potatoes as well as the spicy garlic sauce are not too be missed.

It is definitely the best sharwarma in Ottawa. The meat is just so tender and tasty, unlike most places where the meat is kinda tough. More the price you pay, you definitely get the quantity as well. The staff is friendly and lastly, they are open till late. Overall, would definitely go here again.

This was tasty! Adding the extra garlic sauce was a great tip from someone who recommended this to us!
