Made my drink wrong, don't accept cash, out of most of their teas, A/C is out, closing 4 hours early. Do better!

So much tea to choose from, plus other goodies.I've come here a couple times and it's been great every time. I order some tea, grab a seat and get some work done. It's never been too crowded, loud, or dirty. The staff is friendly, the WiFi is fast, and the food/drinks are tasty.My only complaint, and thus the reason for 4 stars, is pricing. Things are very expensive here. A small iced tea runs for $4, which is ridiculous. A hot tea is slightly cheaper, but not by much. Just be willing to spend a few more bucks than you'd expect.

Awful experience! We had to wait more than 25 minutes for the staff to figure out how to charge for a tea leaf set. The staff was so so. One grumpy and one cheerful but clueless... Guess who was the grumpy one? The person in charge at the time... 04/18 at 18:42

I love this place to go and get a drink and relax. Great to check email. The vanilla bubble tea and peach bubble tea is delicious. Can't wait to see the place in the spring/summer so I can sit outside at their tables.
