Arby's

My mom was like" you gotta try their sliders they are good" she wanted to go so I took her. We waited in line for a bit. The lady ahead was ordering at the window.. They should have made her pull up because her order was so big. We got out food fries were getting cold. I asked for extra mayo on sliders were dry and my pizza slider was cold.

Me and my husband went to pick up a quick dinner and the night staff here was terrible. The man in the front by the register was eating and smacking his lips at the register and then started bagging food without washing his hands. Gross. Then we get home and eat our fries and they tasted and smelt like they were stale. I was highly disappointed because I’ve been waiting on this Arby’s to open. Idk what’s going on but they need a whole new night crew.

Made a visit to the new Arbys on 301 in Riverview. Food was great. I had the double roast beef. Service was very quick even though the parking lot was full. Will be going back very soon.

Awesome to have Arby’s in Riverview!!I always get great service 🇺🇸 and fresh hot Arby’s roast beef sandwiches(sliced when you order) and plenty of Arby’s yummy sauce 👍 Love this location!

Great customer service. Even though they were slammed busy. Never skipped a beat.

The sandwiches were good and the service was good but the fries were cold which kinda ruins the entire meal and as busy as they were it seems weird the fries were old and cold....I was kinda disappointed there is no reason to serve cold fries!!

I LOVE ARBY'S... I WOULD HAVE TO DRIVE A GOOD DISTANCE TO GET MY ARBY'S, BUT NOT ANYMORE...THEY JUST BUILT ONE RIGHT HERE IN RIVERVIEW!! THANK YOU!! GO ARBY'S!!!

Recently opened. Orders taken correctly. Fries well seasoned and hot. Good ratio of meat to bun. First visit - no au jus for the French dip. Second visit - had to ask for the Jamocha shake that was ordered. Will still visit, but will check the order before leaving the parking lot.

Sandwiches do NOT look like their advertisement, however they still taste good.

Aaaargggghhh. Used debit card - declined. Concern. Gave her credit card instead. Also declined. Panic. Hackers? She called manager over. Manager- (No greeting) I can try to put in numbers but this (register) has been working all day. (Condescending.)Me- But both cards? The bank app shows plenty in my account. She put my debit card in chip reader again . Went through.Manager - It’s your chip. Walked away.YES. BOTH cards. One with a chip one without.I was inconvenienced and then blamed. No apology or thank you for you business from manager. Just walked away.

Love that we have an Arby's near us but both times I have gone it was not a great experience. Once they had no fries and the other time it took 10mins to order and 15mins to get the food. The food was good both times though.

Friendly employees. Hot and fast food. Will definitely be here again.

Arby's is different from a burger joint. We just had one built near us and are thrilled.😃

This is the worst Arby’s location I’ve ever been to. We are loyal Arby’s customers and we love their food.... but the experience at this location was not pleasant at all...We went to the drive through and ordered a traditional Greek Gyro meal (with no lettuce) and 2 kids meals. We parked nearby to eat and realized what I got was a “roast beef” gyro with lettuce.... After 10 PM they had already closed the dinning room so we had to go on the drive and asked to swap the roast beef for traditional with no lettuce again... The manager asked us to park nearby the drive through window while they fixed our order. 10 minutes after one of the employees handed us a bag... When we opened the bag the gyro was traditional but had lettuce and even a piece of plastic...At that point we realized this location does not care for customer’s and was pointless to go back a third time. Hope upper management on this location take measures to improve customer satisfaction.
