I am a big Arby's fan but this Arby's in Elizabethton just flat out rocks! The food is always fresh and hot and those curly fries! Fast and friendly service every time. You want Arby's? GO HERE!!

Actually, this is the only "fast food " restaurant we patronize. Our boxer gal loves their "ham sliders" and pouts if we don't take her. We also enjoy their sandwiches and the pricing is fair for the items. The stores we've visited have helpful and pleasant staff.

Stood in line waiting for food for over 20 min for 3 Beef n Cheddar sandwiches and 2 orders of fries. People who came in 10 min after was getting their orders long before I got my very simple order. No apologies, no concern and definatly no hustle from staff.

Great food, I always get arby's melt, which isn't on menu anymore, so have to order roast beef, add cheddar sauce, then I get a curly fry and a side of cheddar to dip them in mmm so good

If you want to wait for 20 minutes in the drive through, repeat your order 1/2 dozen times. Get part of it handed to you wrong. Pull over check the rest and have food missing, make a trip in to be given excuses, its the speaker, then by all means go. Otherwise, pick another restaurant. Two stars instead of one, because when the order was finally right, it was at least edible.

This Is my favorite fast food restaurant. Their meats are always hot and fresh, the staff is always fast (if not always friendly) and the sandwiches are to die for!

Okay in my opinion Arby's is the best fast food chain.but OMG these people are awful.i mean I get it I wouldn't want to work fast food either. Took me 15 minutes to get my food.i was gonna wat here but the entire place was trashed not a single clean table.and I paid like 12 dollars. No thank you!

I am really pleased with the Arby's Traditional Greek Gyro and the Arby's Side Salad - I also take advantage of the 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. dollar menu items, particularly the Pizza Slider and the Jamocha Shake.IMO, this store is usually very clean, however, it (like the Johnson City store) still pretty much has a very tired 1980s atmosphere in the public dining area and could use a rather bold, top-to-bottom Arby's red-and-dark store renovation like I have seen and experienced in Kingsport and Knoxville locations,

I’m usually a fan or Arby’s and the food wasn’t bad, just the place wasn’t the cleanest, order was wrong, lack of sauces (Arby and Horsey Sauce were the only ones) and they didn’t call my order when it was ready (the order area was packed so I sat in a nearby seat - they called someone else’s order but not mine). But it’s close to the Motel around there so if you need a quick bite, it’s convenient.
