Dont get me wrong I love arbys but the last 3 or 4 times we've gotten food we specifically ask for ARBYS SAUCE. We NEVER get it! They give us tons of ketchup & horseradish sauce & bbq sauce. We never ask for ketchup. A few horsy sauce & a few bbq. ARE THEY OUT? ARE THEY JUST IGNORING THAT REQUEST? The lines are so long starting around 4PM & just get worse. It takes a 1/2hr just to get to the pick up window. L
