Too expensive for what you get. Almost $2 for a slider. 2 bites and gone. Turkey was good only got because I had a coupon

We really enjoy visiting the Urbana Arby's. Their food is delicious, the restaurant is clean and their employees are always so friendly!

Tasty as always I really like that they now have a larger size french dip on the menu

It's amazing how consistent this restaurant is and how amazing the staff is. The management deserves a big thumbs up for finding incredibly friendly people that go out of their way to make your dining experience quick and satisfying. I've eaten here for years and have NEVER had a bad experience. The food is always good, hot, and fresh. The atmosphere is great and always clean. It's heads above any other fast food restaurant around. Again, thanks to the entire staff over the years for their warm and friendly service!

A little bit dated but the customer service is great. I returned several times during my 2 week stay simply because they were awesome!
