Great food! Just little things they need to teach their reps when people question what's in the food. Reps should up front w/out looking for a manager to ask.

Decided we would treat ourselves this weekend. Got dirty looks from management for having my service dog, staff was NOT wearing gloves while handing food, was NOT wearing masks property, and when we got home we realized that no only was our 15 piece ALL wings, extra greasy, our Cajun rice was mushy and NOT anything we ordered and our rice and beans was mushy with no beans. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. It's a shame you have to go to either Maine or Indiana to get decent food or service.

Worst Popeye's location I've ever been to. More worried about that GrubHub orders than the customer sitting in the Drive-Thru and in their restaurant. How can this place deliver when they can't even do the chicken at the counter? Sad really I love Popeye

The new sandwich is absolutely the bomb! Mild chicken it's not so mild, too spicy for me and my kids but always nice and fresh. Popeyes biscuits are so dry!!! Always order a drink if you want to eat your biscuit!!!

The classic chicken sandwich is bomb. It's so far beyond any other fried chicken sandwich. Every sandwich has different size chicken, but it's always large and juicy! So much better than a formed chicken patty type sandwich. Pickles and mayo, with brioche bun...yes please!! Sides cost you a star...just ok at best.

The food is good, it’s a Popeyes. The customer service is awful. And your order will undoubtedly be askew in some fashion.

Food is good but wish they had lettuce for chicken sandwiches. Very long wait to get to cashier. There was only 1 cashier. We were lucky to come before big lunch crowd but there was still a 15 minute wait to get to cashier. And when I learned the only toppings for chicken sandwich was mayo and pickles, 2 things I don't like, I was disappointed. The chicken sandwich is excellent quality and flavorful and served fresh and hot.

We decided to get out today and grab some Popeyes. Did the drive up. 1 tender box with fries1 shrimp box with mac n cheese, 2 surf and turf with fries. We got 2 out of 4 biscuits and most of our fries were underdone. The tender basket had shrimp and the shrimp was a mix of tail on and popcorn. They had to make the order so we pulled up and parked to wait.

I got the 3 piece tender with a biscuit and fries. This was gross! The WORST tenders from a fast-food place EVER!! Way too much breading and hard/chewy. Never again...My coworker had a 3 piece meal regular chicken and said it was good.

The spices were great, not too hot, but the coating on my chicken tenders was so crispy and hard it almost cut my gums. Not a fan! And i waited in line in my car for 20".

Staff 1 Star. Food 5 Stars. The staff was so slow, unorganized, not cheerful, and showing of not wanting to be there. Waited almost 30 min in line to place my order. Food, awesome. Got the original chicken sandwich, and it lived up to all the hype.

Had to wait 23 minutes for them to cook biscuits and spicy chicken for an UBER wats customer pick up which made me 5$ and also I watched them get 4 customers orders wrong while waiting for this customer pick up. Very VERY under trained and unprofessional staff at this location, I think they should all have some more training or the manager at the location shouldn’t just stand around and not do anything as I also seen. Definitely will refuse ANY picks from that location anymore.

They are working hard ... the manager probably is paying more for this

They are suppose to open at 1030 doors didn't open until 1045 then they have attitude. The food is great service is very slow and they are rude. Only one person has a mask on which everyone should have one on. I'm not sure who management is here but they need to get there stuff together . Also you have 5 people working up front yet only person is doing it so poor girl has to take the people and make the orders. I'm just in shock I would have gave 5 stars but I can't believe what I experience today. Then I'm waiting and you can hear the people in the drive thru not being answered.

Don't go to this restaurant the managers are unprofessional, especially the young female, she's ghetto and ratchet. She's lazy and don't know how to train her employees the right way. And she has a very bad attitude.
