Food good but take too long

Stopped there on a Sunday just before 9 after another terrible experience at McDonald’s..stopped at Arby’s and Luke is the man..great service but awesomely efficient didn’t rush me. He gave me a quick rundown of the bourbon bbq brisket sandwich which was awesome!

I love the loaded curly.

Fast food is fast food. Serves the purpose.

Loved the Mac&Cheese dish.

The manager almost throughout our food while we're waiting to have him call our name for pick up and we never heard him I think he needs to try a little harder.

Had french dip sandwich and onion rings. Awesome.

Signs everywhere in store advertising the chicken pecan salad, which I LOVE...we go to order and they haven't made any chicken salad? What? Its 11:15 on a Saturday and you don't have a main menu item that's advertised all over in the store? Ordered a Chicken bacon swiss. No I'm sorry or anything. While we are ordering the girl taking our order is singing along to the radio...rude. we waited a bit for our order, so in meantime we go to get condiments and BOTH ketchup are out. They gave us packets, and had not filled the ketchup by the time we left. Perhaps less singing, more filling? My husband doesn't care for Arby's, but agreed to go because I like it, so it sucked for him as well. Get it together WI Rapids Arby's.

Service was great. They even brought the food to us. Very friendly as well.

Everything was right on, met all my expectations. Lobby tables could have been cleaner. Food was terrific. Service was very friendly.

Fries were overcooked and dirty dining room.

They post that they are hiring for the tax credit. They are not actually hiring.
