Good food great service

My experience was completely horrible. First things first, we waited in the line for about 20 minutes because customers aren’t their top priority apparently. Secondly, the manager was obnoxiously yelling at the cashier, and finally they got my order completely wrong. charged me for 2 double beef n cheddars and instead i got 2 double beef sandwiches. completely disappointed in their customer service. if i could give negative stars, i would.

I don't go to Arby's but a couple times a year this visit.. very clean restaurant.. people really looked friendly that were eating there ... A lot of smiles and laughter..and those that serve could have been better.

Good customer service and timely when bringing out the food. Tried the Italian sandwich for the first time and was amazed! Can't believe I missed this gem in the menu.

A had just a squirt of cheddar on my sandwiches I at one and trashed the other.

We had difficulty getting our order placed correctly. Our order was correct when we received it but fries were a little cold. Will eat here again, though.
