As someone had previously mentioned, this Arby's used to be a Wendy's. Glad this location (Arlington Heights) opened in place of the now closed Mundelein Arby's. Very friendly and attentive service. Some have mentioned having a long wait. Keep in mind, their sandwiches are made-to-order. If you suddenly have a craving for Arby's, I highly recommend this location.

two days ago was our first time we visited this place. But It is absolutely not the last time. We had a good time with the good service, with the high quality cuisine and wine and with the modest cost. We will absolutely go back there again.

Young manager could not care less about quality control! Seephoto of the 2 tomatoes on my sandwich, 1 acceptable, the other not acceptable! Offered me a sandwich now! After I had eaten. But no alternative! Wont be back!

A refurbished old Wendy's location has come back as the newest Arby's in the neighborhood. The food is typical of what Arby's serves although the latest iteration of the menu now actually has a " happy hour" from 2 to 5 p.m. that serves up several items for a dollar that are usually more expensive. Parking can be a bit tight and the drive-thru entrance is right next to the main door so be careful - we were almost run down by one of those oversized pickup trucks driving into the order line.

The food was hot bye the time I got it home. The cashier was very respectful. I will be back again to this one.
