I had a great visit in the drive thru at this location. All of the food was hot and freshly made. Also loved the speed at which they move. I order 40 worth of food and they had it to me in no time.

My fries were absolutely cold, and I really don't understand why considering the dining room is closed so there is no inside foot traffic. Only drive thru.

First I was told to repeat my order because I was too fast. Second there was one car that was pulled up waiting. No sooner than it pulled off,I was told to pull up and it would be right out,right 5-6 minutes later. Third, the curly fries were cold and hard as a rock,the roast beef tasted like shredded roast beef rather than slices. Will probably not go back. I am so fed up with having to pull up and wait at fast food restaurants.

My order was half missing it was a nightmare so we all had 2 sandwich & sides we had to split between several people. The order of onion rings was a great big box with only 4 in it my husband was so mad he smashed his phone against the wall & broke it cause he wanted arbys all day n was looking forward to it & had to end up giving it away so the women & children could eat which was his choice but its ridiculous that we have to come bk out in the rain to go get our order which they should've made sure it was all there in the first place & we don't have a car to get bk up there .This is stupid there's to many kids working at restaurant's in general that don't care about the bottom line & the customer .
