Arby's

Arby's from my experience has always had top notch customer service. They made a mistake on my order and rather than refund my money which is what I thought I wanted, they replaced my entire order with extras so my whole family of 5 could eat. Having a large family to feed especially with teenagers can be expensive. Arby's went above and beyond and that's something we don't see too much of these days. Thank you Arby's!! You're exactly how other restaurants should model their training in customer service.

Enjoy the Turkey, Bacon, Ranch sandwich very much. Also, always nice to get a roast beef sandwich.

Tyler was amazing! My wife, son and I went in there for lunch and had a great experience! Very thankful for Tyler helping us out today! The place is very clean and the staff was all so friendly. They all seemed to be happy at work which is a great thing to see. Thank you Tyler for taking care of us. You will never know how much that meant! And thank you to the rest of the staff for being welcoming as well. We love it there!

Normally I would give them 4 stars but the chicken strips were terrible. All fried and very little chicken.

The food is always hot and they always get it out in a timely manner. Good people who care.

Tasted good, had the French dip. Restaurant was clean, and more cleaning was happening while we were there.Friendly employees.

Service was great buying food went back up to get turn overs and they were hard as a rock andthe manager got them and handed them to us while talking about non work stuff so started strong and ended weak

This Arby's was nice, fast accurate service employees well dressed and cashiers were pretty and presentable, manager Tyles was on his A game with his crew, good job and thanks for an amazing service over all.

I've been here 3 times in the last month. Each time they have been very courteous and get my food out quick. Its always a pleasure visiting this Arby's. Great job!!!

I love this Arby's 😍 Everyone is sweet. Food is always good. The restaurant is always clean.

This Arby's location is one of the best Arby's locations in greenwood. The roast beef is always fresh hot juicy and tender. The employees at this location are also some of the nicest employees I've come across at any business. They are more than willing to give you sauces and napkins at the drive thru window. Inside this location seems to always be neat and clean with no food on the floor.

This Arby's is "ON POINT"!! My order is always correct, the service is always exceptional and the staff are very friendly!! Food is always hot and fresh and very tasty!! Definitely the best Arby's I've ever visited!!
