Arby's

Stood at the counter while several employees chatted. No one ever asked for my order. I’m already eating fast food so my self loathing is obviously at a high - this didn’t help.

Every time I try to get some Hardee’s they say, our credit system is down and we are only accepting cash right now! WTH! They must not want the business.

What I get at Arby's is consistency. I especially like the mocha shakes along with which ever sandwich I'm craving. I've never had a bad meal here.

The cashier, Matthew, was by far the most genuinely polite young man I have seen in years. He went above and beyond for every customer he helped... I will go back just because of his over the top customer service... The food was great and my order was accurate as usual. Can't beat their jamocha shake

Dined in today. Cashier was knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Food was fresh. Dining room and restroom was clean. Only negative was they were out of bulk, self serve, 3-pepper spicy sauce in the dining room dispenser. Outside property was also clean and well maintained.

Meat tasted "warmed up" and the Jamoca shake tasted like melted plastic, but traffic was horrible, so I just didn't eat it. Very disappointing from a restaurant I usually love.

Good food. But the bread on the blt was a little hard. The Apple crisp turned out to be Apple crumb cake.

My favorite Arby's in nashville. Great service, clean facility and restrooms, accurate orders.

Most fast food restaurant employees have zero customer service skills. This particular Arby's was different. They greeted me, took my order, and even chatted with me while i waited. It was nice to even be greeted! I commend all the employees at the Hermitage one! I left feeling appreciated, and that doesn't happen often. Rang the bell on the way out and they even thanked me for that! Great job guys!!

Service was ok the roast beef on the sandwich was dried out and tough

Ordered the $12 family pack tonight and oh what a bargain. 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches, 4 sliders, 4 small fries, and 4 cheesesticks. Enough to feed both kiddos and me and the wife. Best part is though, they got the order correct, which is always a plus in my book.

I walked in and up to the counter where the guy ignored me and walked away. Then it was another minute or two before anyone came to help me at all. Unfriendly and poor customer service.

Food was fresh, fast, and delicious. Cashier was friendly, establishment was clean. These are all appreciated traits in the restaurant industry. However, in the fast food industry, it's almost unheard of to find all of them in one place. I'd definitely eat there again.
