Got two fish sandwiches. They were cold. The won with cheese was horrible. The cheese was not a slice. It was melted cheese that ran off the sandwich. The fries were cold and greasy. The lady working the window was great. Won't ever order that again.

The food was good, especially the new Buffalo chicken sandwich. It is a little spicy but really good chicken white meat and thick. Even though there was a crowd, the service was reasonably fast and the nice woman who waited on me was exceptionally pleasant. Very much above my expectations based on othet Arby's locations.

when i got to the counter nobody acknowledged me so i was standing at the counter for a good min before placing my order. I ordered one thing, mozzarella sticks and i was still making a good 10 extra mins because they didnt have any ready and nobody acknowledged that there wasnt any ready until i addressed it. however the young lady gave me a free cookie. but i personally just feel like they need to work on their customer service skills because nobody should be waiting over 10 mins for their food.

I don't know what it is about this Arby's location, but their food seems to taste a lot better than some of the othet locations I've been to. I know they all use the exact same products, but when I get a couple of Beef -n- Cheddar's here, they are twice as good as a Concord or Charlotte location!! The staff here is always so friendly and willing to get you what you want, the way you want it. I've never gotten a sandwich that had already been made, like at some certain burger places!! My food here has always been fixed AFTER I order it. The bread, the meats, everything just tastes fresher here than at other locations. Very tasty!!!
