Patricia the cashier at this arbys was very friendly and we will be coming back. She made sure our fries was warm. Its been awhile since some one has done that!! ☺

Great food, amazing remodel, and fast service. What makes this location my favorite is they are proud of their hospitality and give everyone a chance to be served to the best of their ability. ^.^

Aubreyanna is the text book definition of proper customer service! She was extremely helpful in helping my mother pick the right sandwich to get the best value. Food was normal for arby's, but I cant say enough for the counter service we received.Maybe management should take some notes from her as we were leaving I went to the counter to request a bag to go. The assistant manager Matt was making a deposit in the safe, when he finished and gathered up the receipts he ignored us standing there and went to the back. Looks like a bad case of not my job. Just sad.

The guy cook during the late night shift saved this Arbys from getting two stars. The lady taking orders didn't even seem like she wanted to be there and also sounded like it. The other lady handing out the food was fast and friendly thank goodness. Nice location and one of the fast food locations open later around that area. Other than the person taking the orders this place this restaurant would get 5 stars. The lady taking orders would just make some people become upset and just leave more than likely.

Great prices in the afternoon. Good sandwiches. So glad they closed the Charlestown Rd location. Everything about it was horrible. Dirty, very poor service and food quantity.

Not a regular, but occasionally. Some sandwiches are very good, in the newer line not built on roast beef. Turkey bacon club and the gyros are well made, tasty, and satisfying, especially when there's a coupon special.

The manager was so helpful, polite and accommodating when we walked in and ordered 4 roast beef, 4 fish and 8 fries to go. It was for my Father-in-law and family while he is in a retirement home. Arby's was/is one of his favorite sandwiches, he really enjoyed the meal!

The roast beef gyro is the best sandwich i have ever eaten! Yall gotta try it. If they had low sodium beef id eat there alot more.
