We went there to get a to go order at 9:40 pm and the food had apparently had been sitting there for awhile because the fries and potato cakes were like cardboard. The roastbeef was warm, not hot. The bun was burnt on the meat side. Didn’t have ANY apple or cherry turnovers. The young girl said they were out. Bet if I went there in the morning they’d have them. It’s sad considering they just opened not long ago. It happened the last time my husband stopped n got food on the way home a couple months ago too. I figured maybe it was an isolated incident, obviously not. I’ll drive to Powell if I want Arby’s from now on. I spent almost $25.00 for below par food. Seems like management (salary $50+ a yr) would correct this problem. A good restaurant should make fresh food no matter what time it is that’s why ppl return...good restaurant and management.

The curly fries of course are the bomb! Their buffalo chicken sliders are delicious and cheap. Get a ton of napkins though because the sauces are laid on heavily and always end up all over places it shouldn't be.

The restaurant was very clean and well maintained. The cashier was very friendly and she suggested that I take the survey on the back of my receipt. I ordered a beef and cheddar combo with curly fries and a sweet tea.
