Great service, food and very clean inside. Went on my 30 minute lunch break, they was quick and everything was correct.

Fish sandwiches are good

Everything was good I just wish they had the chocolate turnovers again they were the best please consider bringing back Chocolate turnovers !!!!!!!!!

Always hot and fresh at this location! Great, friendly staff! Bathrooms were recently cleaned with bleach so everything seemed really clean in the restroom, and the lobby was really clean and had been mopped already since it was later in the night. Really never had any issues at this location and food is always great, and is actually what I ordered.

Just bought a chrispy chicken, got home and found it stale at best, clearly not freshly made, been buying these since they came out and have been great, called Waterloo mgr, she was rude, and said she could not understand why it was bad, apologies came to late, she hung up!

Cashier got orders wrong not once but twice charged me also for fries I didn't order. Bathrooms were a distress. Had two granddaughters with me. Said we would never go back there ever.

Food is good, the facility is clean and the help are friendly, the environment is all around comfortable.

For fast food it was okay, a little pricey, the bacon BLT was pretty good, the peppered seasoning was savory tasty, Arby's curly fries always taste good to me even when they're not fresh, and the shape helps retain some of the crispiness texture

Ok. Seemed like an old fish sandwich. Ofcourse i was thete mod afternoon, sooo???

Service at drive thru was mediocre. I requested Arby's sauce and salt. Disappointed when I started to put my sauce on the sandwich only to realize that they gave me ketchup instead. Had to wipe it off with the only napkin that I got. Not too happy.

Very friendly. Very quick. Food made very well. Sandwiches were neat and not sloppy like most places.
