Really nice and helpful staff on W.117th. Arby's here is clean. We had the BBQ Beef Brisquet meal. That sandwich was delicious! Even better than at some of the higher priced Barbeque places.

The assistant manager Hannah is very rude, she has that I only date black guys kind of attitude.i don't know what I was expecting from a fast food workers,but you don't have to be rude to me just for ordering food.thats litterly your job.

I'm not a big fan if the food because 8 don't eat roast beef but the other options are not promising either. I've gone many times after seeing new food offers and they never live up to the hype! The cheese sticks are my favorite! But not a fan of much else. Friendly staff however and the store is very clean. Ridge rd site. Quick service. Affordable.

I have been blessed ti have continued good aervice from both west 117th and the location over by Transportation Blvd. That in itself gives me more confidence to try other location when the opportunity presents itself.

Extremely polite service through the drive through window. Staff was in a great mood and made light jokes during the order. Coupon was accepted no problem and the food was definitely fresh. All the hallmarks of good service!

Got about 40% of my order. Missing drinks, sides, mains, everything. Im impressed someone here had the confidence to put out an order that was just completely wrong. Avoid entirely if you expect to get what youve ordered.
