They gave me and my nephew that's only 2yrs old old nac and cheese we went up to the counter and ordered and I very specifically asked for fresh food vas very dissappointed

The fish sandwich, though it may look different than McDonald's square fish sandwich, taste EXACTLY like McDonald's!! Honestly, it tasted like bread and mayonnaise... where's the fish? I will Never order/ pay for that again

Ordered through the drive thru, girl at window must have been having a bad day. Got all the way home and part of order missing. Tried calling to let them know, line was busy for awhile, finally rang.. got voicemail! Left message... no reply back.

I definitely wont go to this arby's again... If anyone decides to go there ,be careful... And check your food. I ordered 7 items and only got 5 ,the food was sloppy and I waited 15 minutes or more and I was the only one in line. The food I ordered was basic nothing complicated. If I or anyone has to wait for food it should be in better shape than my food was and a complete order.

Went through the drive-thru at 11pm. Was informed that they were out of roast beef AND shakes...three hours before they close... The manager working drive-thru also was giving us a problem with having three orders. She said she can only do two at drive-thru, which clearly meant she just didnt want to deal with more than two, because we know the system isnt limiting orders. The entire time she was being pretty short with us and was coming off as pretty hostile. Glad I don't live around there, because I'd definitely not recommend it.
