The workers seemed really confused and seemed to miss up quite a few orders. They gave my order to the wrong person at first. I tried the BLT from here and it was really good! So food was good but service needs improvement.

Great service! Was greeted with enthusiasm, cheerfulness and a smile. My food was freshly prepared and hot. Customer service superb. Thank you, Arby's...you have the meats plus courteous staff. I will return.
