Visited Arbys on Jonestown Road around 6:00pm 9/25/17 - ordered the #13 meal - crispy chicken sandwich. Started eating my sandwich and noticed my chicken was still raw. I let the staff know and was refunded my money. I was sharing my sandwich with my 1 year old nephew. Hopefully neither one of us gets sick. Totally lost my appetite. Will never visit this location again!!!

This is probably the cleanest and friendliest Arbys I have been to. The staff is always prepared and aware of the customer. Kudos to the management's excellent choice in employees and leadership.

Chicken salad with apples, grapes, and walnuts is very bland. I had to touch it up with honey, salt and pepper. The honey wheat had more flavor then the chicken salad. Needs more work guys.

Food was great! OMG, we dined inside at 8:27 pm. We moved to (3) tables trying to find a warm spot to eat. Was very cold in the building. I kept my coat on the entire time. My significant other kept his toboggan on. He never eats with anything on his head. We tried to eat quickly. I ended up leaving half of my food. I can't enjoy eating food that I pay for in a cold atmosphere. Wish we had just gone through the drive through. Again, find taste was great, but it quickly got cold sitting on the table.

Awesome jamocha milkshakes. You can tell that the machines are kept clean. Fries were hot and cooked In clean grease and the sandwiches were awesome as always. Just wish they would go back to the old au jus sauce.
