Applebee's Grill + Bar

My friend and I arrived around 9:45 and got our drinks almost immediately. Our food was served by a different waitress and our original waitress NEVER came to check on us. Our drinks were finished and we needed something for our food and waited over 30 minutes. Besides us, there was also another table trying to get her attention. Let me remind you, it was NOT busy last night. She had only two other tables and seemed to only be attentive to that ONE TABLE. She was unapologetic, doesn't know the menu and just all around a terrible server. We had her last week and she was just as bad. I'd rather go to Tinton Falls if it means I will receive better service. If Rocio is truly her name, she's God awful.

Food/drinks were good however greeter/front staff need training in customer service

Good, fast comfort food. They make you feel like a friend. Nice staff.

The food was tasty, the atmosphere is upbeat. There was easy parking. There were a lot of choices from Which to pick. There weren't any healthy choices so I was a little disappointed. The service was good. I did not like some of the other customers. Some came in completely wasted. I had my son with me and it was off-putting due to language. At least one of the groups should have been turned away.

really nice waitres, our steak was serve on the wrong plate or the side, well done and medium rear ( i was suposed had the medium rear not the well done once we swisch the meat all good

For Applebee's this place is good. But, it's Applebee's so take that how you will. Wings weren't bad but not my favorite sauces. The quesadilla burger was pretty good actually, best thing I ate all night. Tasted good and stayed together while I ate it which is a plus. The onion rings weren't much different than what you can buy from the frozen section at a grocery store, pretty run of the mill and nothing special. The chips that come with salsa and dips are okay. The buffalo chicken sandwich was fine. Fries were pretty good although very standard.The service was actually very good, which is a common theme at this location. The manager and waitress were very accommodating for a birthday dinner we had here. And our waitress was very enthusiastic, happy, and was able to joke with our lively group.

Called ahead for curbside. Friendly staff. Food was ready relatively quickly. Pretty good too.

Brittany was our bartender, she was very polite, pleasant , and even when it started getting busy she still interacted with every customer. I ordered the new sizzling shrimp and it was amazing. Finally something I can enjoy without returning

Food is good.. Go there when special deals..
