Applebees Bar and Grill

Great Service! Great Atmosphere! It was my first time at this location and I was very pleased. Check it out!

Stayed in the area overnight and was planning to walk to McDonald's which was across the street. As we walked to the cross walk, noticed the Applebee's. We were greeted immediately and seated promptly. Server arrived timely and greeted us warmly and gave us appropriate time to decide our order, even providing some recommendations. Ordered drinks and two 1/2 price appetizers. The food was very tasty and served at an appropriate temperature. Would recommend trying this restaurant and I would return if ever in the area again.

It's Applebee's. We thought it would be a quick bite to eat, in and out, but the workers here were really slow. It wasn't crowded either. This location doesn't participate in drink specials such as the $1 drink of the month. They also don't have all the options on the menu as they do other locations. Will probably skip this location in the future.

Average food and decent service. The hostess' at the front were very welcoming and got a seat quickly. Ordered the four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken fingers. The pasta was smeared with thick creamy mac and cheese. The chicken was tender and the sauce on top complimented it well. I paid my meal in cash and my server didn't give me my spare change. Its not a big deal since I would have given it to him as a tip but it was very odd. he rounded up and just gave me bills.

Today's experience was horrible Applebee's customer service is lousy food was not tasty not room temperature my husband and I was very disappointed in the service today, when and if we go back hope we have a better experience then we had today.

Fantastic ambience and super welcoming service. The menu was crisp and delicious. Will absolutely recommend this place to my friends. Fair prices and large portions. Great work.

Service was extremely slow but the food was good. They offered a breakfast buffet but it was way over priced for the same breakfast that you would find for free at a cheaper hotel.The menu is very limited. You will find their more common items still available. We waited 10 minutes to sit my family of 6. I figured they were super busy, but when we were sat to my surprise there was nobody in the restaurant.We waited another 15 to get our order. Our whole experience was about 1.5 hours.Our food, when we finally got it was good. Too bad the rest of the experience was so sub par.

Still working out the kinks in this new restaurant, temporary menus with limited choices, bar staff learning the job and general chaos talking place. My main came on a side plate for example. But the building and layout is good and they have a good beer choice, so in a few months it could be much better.

It was half Denny's so that was cool but also what made it just ok built into a hotel so that was nice too

Great place for pre game and game time drinks food and fun

This location has horrible service. During my visit I received burnt ribs, extra sweet raspberry lemonade, half done macaroni and cheese. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Please do not go here. They do not appreciate their customers.

Fast service & great food

I enjoy coming here. It's come a long way since it first opened. When it first opened, the menu was incredibly limited. Now it's much more varied. Coffee is always fresh and food is good as well. I love the various seating styles which give it a much more engaging experience, almost custom fit. It's fun and much needed in Detroit. While I appreciate independent restaurants, a successful city will also invest in some solid, recognizable chains. These help people not familiar with cities to find something recognizable and feel a lot more comfortable.
