Great food and great service!!

This Applebee’s is a joke. I understand that Saturday nights are busy but that’s no excuse to get everything wrong and to not be attentive. I have been a server before and I am usually very understanding but this was just too much. I got the wrong dressing with my salad. The wrong side item with my steak that was charred on one side. Then we were charged for an appetizer we never ordered. This was the one night I got to visit my husband going to school here in Columbia, and our dinner was just awful. If we are ever in Columbia again we will NOT be coming here that’s for sure. Here is a picture of their *new* PREMIUM HOMESTYLE cheesy broccoli. It’s a pinch of salad cheese. Wow. How premium.

Love this location. THEY ROCK!!! My classmates and I will miss spending our outside class time here. Flora is an OUTSTANDING MANAGER and has wonderful customer service. Jeff is a very people friendly waiter and always goes and beyond to make sure the customers are satisfied.

Service was extremely slow. Got dirty fork, asked for replacement & never got one. The blue raspberry rainbow lemonade didnt have the rainbow gummy as shown in the picture & drink tasted very watered down. Food was sub-par as well. Place seems extremely under-staffed. Our waiter seemed to have a lot to complain about as well. Bathrooms were beyond disgusting. Overall cleanliness was horrible. Would not go back.

i really never eat abbleveese however my 8 year old really wanted to go because of the commercials... worst experience ever .waither 30 min for drinks and another 20 b4 our food came so that almost an hour. then my app came at the same time as my food. waiter was rude and unapologetic. i only kept my cool because my child was with me .

Had a good time and enjoyed my meal. Decent atmosphere. Needs to make sure employees don't discuss personal business inside main restaurant. Customers don't want to see that.

Let me say the Deals were amazing! 25 cent boneless wings and $1 Drinks. However they were very understaffed. Customers were leaving and complaining. The bathroom was horrible. The restaurant in the inside could use some renovations. But overall my food was great and my waiter was awesome!

Not clean at all! This place is in serious need of some industrialized type cleaning. The ceiling, the vents, and the lamps were all covered in thick dust bunnies. We didn't notice this until after we'd started to eat. I wish I could've given a better rating.😫

Slow, 4 of us went there and two of our meals come out cold. Waitress was pleasant but did not come back to see if we needed drink refills. The food was flavorless all four of us agreed on that. I will not go back there. I do NOT recommend this restaurant at all...

Food was good. Service was soooo slow. It took 20 minutes to get appetizer. Then longer on the actual food. Will be avoiding this one from now on

Wait wasn't long at all! Clean and cozy atmosphere. My margarita was perfect👌food came out timely and tasted great. Doesn't hurt to say our server was on point and nice to look at

Friendly staff, nice area, I ordered a burger, it was pretty decent. But other then that it was a good place.

It was busy but good service and fun atmosphere.. "KP" (I think that was his name) was funny. Lester was too!!
