Applebee's

This spot is worth trying. They have big portions for reasonable rates. Constantly clean and with fantastic atmosphere. Will come back again.

They was very quick with seating me and my companion. Our server took our beverage order and appetizers. She was very attentive to our section. She made sure we had everything we needed for the meal I highly recommended this place.

This is the first time back at this Applebee's since it was rebuilt after the fire. We use to go there a lot but usually go to the one on Street Rd. now. I have to say I was not impressed and will probably not be back. The host was great. He was polite and efficient. Our server was very nice and did a good job. The problem was the special on the wings. The wings are in a hot sauce and we do not like hot sauce. We asked the server if we could have them either with no sauce or on the side and said no so we did not order them. My husband asked the manager and she said no, the wings had to be in the sauce. She said if she did it for us then others would want to do it to. To me it was very poor customer service and as I said we probably will not be back. On the other hand I can say the food we did order was good and service was good other than the problem we experienced.

Worst experience of my life...trying to get my order that I placed at 630pm. Currently 945pm and they can only tell the uber driver its not ready...no answer on when, how long, nothing...they don't wanna answer the phone...customer service has no clue...on Mothers Day. If you couldn't handle the volume you should have stopped taking all orders when you realized you were an hour behind...absolutely horrendous experience...

It was our first time after they rebuilt it and the old interior was much better. The appetizer was really good,but the entree not really. It was ok. Servers on another hand were very helpful and nice.
