We had the best server! I cant remember his name but he was personable. And he was able to pull off a special request. ( chicken and bourbon shrimp, sub for all shrimp) Made me very happy! 😁

The first thing that this place needs to do is take down the picture of a white kid wearing sacred Native American clothing. Then, if you're going to offer the option of having dishes cooked as 'rare', or 'pink' you need to have fresh ingredients, and a chef that actually knows how to cook. The person I went here with got immediate food poisoning from her rare steak. The steak was cooked by an amature. When you cook a rare steak, you don't flop it out the package, and hold it near a flame for a few seconds; it requires marinade, and slow cooking, before you sear it. I know there's equipment for this, because the bun on my hamburger was overly toasted. Then the person I ward was given a frozen pizza, and reheated fries! There are so many process improvements this place needs. The extra star is because the waitress was good.

Food was very very good! However it didn't get to us until 35 minutes after we ordered. We did speak with the manager and she was awesome and gave us a discount as well as an apology.Out server, Kevin, was Amazing!

I was extremely impressed! Every member of the staff I encountered had a smile on their face and was ready to help. The food was amazing and came out faster than expected. I really feel like this is a great value when going out to eat. Will visit again.

Good family place! Always good hot and fresh! Most of the time very happy servers!

Service at the time was lack luster at best. We chose the bar because we were wanting to watch the Chiefs play, our food came out fast but the bartender at the time seemed removed from their job. Always looking at our empty cups but never asking or seeing if we wanted an other drink. Other than our first drink we had to work to grab their attention for a following drink. Can not speak for table service at this location.

Angelica is an amazing server/bar tender. She pays attention to each person and even knows people by name. The food was pretty good also! We will be back while she is working!

Our food was cooked perfectly and came out fast despite it being somewhat busy.Our server Kevin was extremely attentive without hovering over our table.The atmosphere was great and the place was clean.

Great place for a family dinner! Fast ,friendly and clean. Food was good to.

I took a friend there for a birthday meal on January 4th; won't do that again. We did have a NICE waitress. The food was terrible. I ordered chicken Parmesan, oh my word what a disappointment. The sauce was out of jar or something, there was little sauce or Parmesan cheese and the pasta was not what you would get anywhere else. The chicken was dry and the allotment of bread stick was one per order per customer. I was embarrassed I had taken my friend there for her birthday. I apologized for the poor food.There was a paper napkin on the floor and this other waiter made up his mind he was not going to pick it up. He walked by, around it, and over it. It was rather funny to see him avoid pickup this piece of trash. The place was not clean. The outside of our glasses were not clean.Don't go there unless you don't care what you eat or how is prepared.

Great bar good but if your in a rush or anything don’t try on week days they are really slow but food is good so.

We went to Applebee’s in Loveland Co today and I did not expect to find anything for vegetarians but I was wrong. They do have a few items. I got the pasta Alfredo without the chicken it was a very large portion to me it tasted more like a Mac and cheese but pretty good. The people I went with had a salad with shrimp and they were pleased. We also had an apple fritter that had a huge scoop of ice cream way to much for 1. If you go in split it. The very best thing was the service our server was incredibly sweet and attentive without being pushy I could see our server working in a fine dining room she was that good I also liked the little devices on the tables that allow you to look up ingredients.

I pick up food from here often and they’re always helpful and make sure I’ve got everything before I leave. The epitome of customer service.

The only thing good was the service and that was truly a pleasure. She would get a 5. The food was over-priced and not prepared satisfactorily however, we enjoyed the spinach dip. The tea was weak. The Blackberry Sangria was too sweet. Not impressed

You can't go in to order food. I mean, the Qdoba next door doesn't have that problem, so they got my money instead. I spent half as much too..
